ADMISSIONS & WITHDRAWALS

"Please visit us with prior appointment between 9.00 am to 3.00 pm any day from Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. You can call +917760548895/+919611064001. The admission office will give detailed information about the school, methodology, facilities, fee structure and guide you with the admission procedure followed by a campus-tour.

JSVM Varthur believes in the principle that a good liberal education is a participative process, in which the child is a key participant. In keeping with the spirit of this principle, we will interact with the child in combination with a written exercise .This will facilitate us in understanding the child's readiness for the class to which you have applied. The Principal will meet the parent with the child and on her approval parents can proceed with the admission."

  • Applications for admission are given in the school or can be downloaded here  
  • Parents wishing to withdraw their wards at the end of the academic year must inform the Principal in writing before 3 months by the end of the academic year.
  • Transfer certificate will not be issued until the school dues have been paid.
  • The school can terminate a student if parents/guardians behave indecently or indecorously within the school campus.
  • Fees once paid will not be reimbursed under any Circumstance

CODE OF CONDUCT


We expect our students to maintain high standards of personal conduct. This includes personal honesty, discipline, integrity, humility, ethics and values. Students are accountable to the school authorities for their conduct in the school and boarding premises and for their general behaviour outside as well as in the school transport and at all school approved events or activities. Any objectionable conduct on part of the student will make him/her liable for disciplinary action.

The following undesirable behaviour repeated indiscipline will lead to serious consequences
  • Damaging school furniture fixtures, building or belongings.
  • Graffiti on the walls/school furniture/library books.
  • Irregular attendance.
  • Obscenity in use of words or acts and indulging in uncivilized behaviour.
  • Scribbling or writing anything on the school uniform.
  • Bullying or using any form of physical/emotional violence against a fellow student.
  • Insubordination to any member of the staff inside/outside the school.
  • Using unfair means during a test/examination.
